Here's our assurance to you!

1. All products listed here are new, unless stated otherwise.
2. All products are checked and tested before delivery or collection.
3. We will gladly accept any returned item for One-to-One Exchange within 7 days, providing that the item is found to be not in working condition. The product must be returned in original and full package, as well as in mint condition (NOT broken/cracks).
4. One-to-One exchange is subjected to stock availability. In the event of out of stock, we will refund the money back to you in full.

Pre order

• Please note all pre order item will takes around 2 week~3 weeks to arrive.
• Items for pre order may need 50% or $50 deposit at most for confirmation order.
